Quality assurance is an important issue facing the development of distance open education in various countries in the world. The three main factors of students, teachers and educational resources directly affect the quality of modern distance open education and quality assurance effect. At present, the quality problems of modern distance open education are specifically manifested in the relatively single teaching form, the lack of overall planning system, and the unreasonable education design. This paper mainly combines the characteristics of modern distance open education, specifically analyzes the problems of education quality, and then combines the factors that affect the effect of education quality assurance to explore the quality assurance strategies of modern distance open education.
