摘要
开放教育主张彻底消除或尽量减少学习者面临的障碍,通过多样化的组织机构、技术手段和方式方法,充分满足学习者多样化的学习需求。教师学习共同体在实践中存在目标不长远、主体参与度不高、内容不丰富、方式不灵活、范围过于局限、制度体系过于狭隘的问题。开放教育理念下教师学习共同体的建构应该制定长期规划、敞开包容胸怀、丰富活动内容、增添活动方式、完善内外交流、完备制度体系。
Open education advocates completely eliminating or minimizing the obstacles faced by learners, and fully meet the diversified learning needs of learners through diversified organizations, technical means and methods. There are some problems in the practice of teacher learning community. For example, the goal is not long-term, the subject participation is not high, the content is not rich, the way is not flexible, the scope is too limited, and the system is too narrow. Under the concept of open education, the construction of teacher learning community should formulate long-term planning, keep inclusive mind, enrich the content of activities, add the methods of activities, improve internal and external communication and complete the system.
