化工企业安全生产事故应急管理体系构建分析

Analysis on the Construction of Emergency Management System for Safety Production Accidents in Chemical Enterprises

化工产业随着社会经济水平的提升也得到了飞速的发展,化工产业是我国的支柱性产业之一,对社会的发展及市场的稳定产生着不可估量的作用。化工企业的运营模式不同于其他企业,其生产具有高温高压、有毒、易燃易爆的特点,因此在运营时要着重强调安全生产的重要性。但是就目前大部分化工企业的生产现状来看,其还缺乏相应的安全生产事故应急体系,这直接会威胁到相关作业人员的生命安全。基于此,文章主要就化工企业安全生产现状进行研究,并对安全生产事故应急管理体系建构作出分析。

With the improvement of social economic level,chemical industry has developed rapidly.Chemical Industry is one of the pillar industries in China,which plays an inestimable role in social development and market stability.The operating mode of chemical enterprises is different from other enterprises,and its production is characterized by high temperature,high pressure,toxic,inflammable and explosive.However,in view of the current production situation of most chemical enterprises,there is still a lack of corresponding emergency system for work safety accidents,which directly threatens the life and safety of related workers.Based on this,the paper mainly studies the present situation of safety production in chemical enterprises,and analyzes the construction of emergency management system of safety production accidents.
