摘要
建立了气相色谱法同时测定功能接装纸种13种酸味剂的检测方法。通过单因素考察,确定前处理最优化方案,酯化温度为90℃,料液比为1:12,酯化时间为110min,萃取次数为3次。目标化合物分离效果较好,相关系数均在0.999以上,检出限为0.10~0.16mg/mL,定量限为0.32~0.53mg/mL。该方法操作简单、灵敏度高、重复性好,可满足对接装纸酸味添加剂的检测需求。
A method for simultaneous determination of 13 sour agents in functional packaging paper by gas chromatography was established.Through single factor investigation,the optimal pretreatment scheme was determined.The esterification temperature was 90℃,the solid-liquid ratio was 1:12,the esterification time was 110 min,and the extraction times were 3 times.The separation effect of the target compound is good,the correlation coefficients are above 0.999,the detection limit is 0.10~0.16 mg/mL and the quantitative limit is 0.32~0.53 mg/mL.The method has the advantages of simple operation,high sensitivity and good repeatability,and can meet the detection requirements of acid additives in butt loading paper.
