正火工艺对16Cr25N不锈钢耐铝液腐蚀性能的影响

摘要 目的探寻合理的正火工艺以提升实验钢的耐铝液腐蚀性能,满足提高生产设备整体使用寿命的需求。方法采用16Cr25N铁素体不锈钢作为实验材料,分别对其进行780,830,880℃保温2 h的正火热处理,后在750℃铝液中浸蚀2 h以探究耐铝液腐蚀性能最佳的正火温度。随后在最佳温度下分别保温1,2,3 h空冷后,进行浸蚀对比以获得最佳的正火保温时间。结果对试样腐蚀前后的显微组织、金属间化合物层及其厚度进行观察与测定的结果表明,经过不同正火工艺处理后实验钢中均存在σ相(FeCr金属间化合物)的析出,且随着保温时间的延长与保温温度的提高其含量逐渐减少。析出少量σ相与细小且弥散分布的碳化物可以有效提升实验钢的耐铝液腐蚀性能。结论830℃保温2 h试样的耐腐蚀性能最佳,可以明显提升实验钢的耐铝液腐蚀性能。 The work aims to explore the correct normalizing process to improve the corrosion resistance of the experimental steel to molten aluminum,to improve the service life of the production equipment.In this paper,16Cr25N was used as experi-mental steel and was normalized at 780,830,880℃for 2 h and etched in molten aluminum at 750℃for 2 h to find the best normalizing temperature.Then they were normalized at the best temperature for 1,2,3 h for air cooling to compare erosion and find the best normalizing and holding time.The microstructure and the intermetallic compound layer and its thickness were ob-served and measured.The results showed that theσphase(intermetallic compound FeCr)was precipitated along grain bounda-ries after normalizing process.With the extension of holding time and the increase of holding temperature,its content gradually decreased.A fewσphase,fine and dispersed carbide precipitation can effectively improve the corrosion resistance of the ex-perimental steel to molten aluminum.The sample normalized at 830℃for 2 h has the best corrosion resistance.It can obviously improve the corrosion resistance of the experimental steel to molten aluminum.
