介绍了"一带一路"沿线国家纺织产能合作现状及企业产能合作经验并对新冠疫情对行业合作造成的影响进行了分析,根据现状对未来绿色产能合作的重点进行研究,明确纺织带路绿色合作重点区域主要集中在东盟、中亚、南亚和非洲部分国家以及欧盟,合作的内容主要包括产能合作,技术推广应用,装备联合研发和技术合作等方面。绿色产能合作在三方面进行重点合作,一是按照带路国家特点建立纺织绿色评价指标体系,二是提高中国绿色装备在带路国家应用水平,三是做好纺织产业带路区域绿色布局,提升绿色发展管理水平。
