上海城市建设中古镇文化的发展与问题分析

上海正在为打造卓越的全球化城市而努力,而这个目标的达成不仅仅是高楼大厦的拔地而起,尤其是需要科技、教育、治理能力、文化内涵、历史沉淀等多方面的共同进步。上海的古镇资源是非常充足的,但目前古镇的发展与治理仿佛进入了一个怪圈,相关古镇皆是以一个单独的个体进行规划和研究,整体布局没有着眼于上海国际卓越城市建设中的相关作用和功能定位。上海古镇理应是有着卓越城市较高层次空间形态功能、历史文化沉淀集聚区、现代新兴产业集聚空间等城市职能。既要在尽量保存古镇独特性和标识性的文化符号上入手,又要努力做到使其不仅仅是中心城区休假旅游目的地,而更应该是具有自身特有属性,具备自身基本造血功能和城市空间功能的文化产业功能区。

Shanghai is striving to become a global city of excellence, and the achievement of this goal is not only the erection of tall buildings,but also the joint progress of technology, education, governance, cultural connotation, and historical precipitation. Shanghai’s ancient town resources are very sufficient, but the current development and governance of the ancient town seems to have entered a strange circle, the relevant ancient town is a separate individual planning and research, the overall logic is not focused on the relevant role and function of the construction of Shanghai’s international city of excellence positioning. Shanghai’s ancient towns should have a higher level of spatial form function of the city of excellence, Shanghai’s historical and cultural sedimentation gathering area, modern emerging industry gathering space and other urban functions.Not only should we try to preserve the uniqueness and identity of the ancient town and other cultural symbols, but also strive to make it not only a vacation tourist destination in the central city, but also a cultural industry function area with its own unique attributes, with its own basic bloodmaking function and urban spatial function.
