五脏咳中医辨证论治的临床应用及思考

咳嗽是呼吸系统疾病的第一大临床表现,其本质是一种反射性防御动作。近年来咳嗽的发病率日渐升高,甚至有些咳嗽缠绵难愈,尤为棘手。现代医学治疗咳嗽主要以病因治疗和经验性治疗为主;祖国医学在辨证的基础上对症施治,具有疗效好、安全性高、不良反应少,且费用低的优点,逐渐被越来越多的人所接受。本文根据咳嗽发病的现状,整理近几年内中医药治疗咳嗽的文献,从脏腑角度分析其病因病机、中医辨证论治理论,以期为中医治疗五脏咳提供科学、有力的理论基础,为临床治疗提供参考。

Cough is the first maj or clinical manifestation of respiratoty diseases,and its essence is a reflexive defense action.In recent years.the incidence of cough gradually increased,and even some cough hard to be cured,is particularly tricky.Modern medical treatment of cough is mainly based on etiological and empirical treatment;Traditional Chinese medicine is gradually accepted by more and more people because it is based on syndrome differentiation and has the advantages of good curative effect,high safety,few adverse reactions,and low cost.Based on the current status of the incidence of cough,this article sorts out the literature on the treatment of cough with traditional Chinese medicine in recent years,analyzes its etiology,pathogenesis,and theories of syndrome differentiation and treatment from the perspective of viscera,in order to provide a scientific and powerful theoretical basis for the treatment of five zang-organ cough with traditional Chinese medicine and provide reference for clinical treatment.
