等速技术在膝骨关节炎康复中的应用研究进展

Research Progress of Isokinetic Technique in Rehabilitation of Knee Osteoarthritis

随着我国膝骨关节炎患病率逐渐增高,疾病负担较重,等速技术在膝骨关节炎上的应用愈加广泛,但等速技术在膝骨关节炎的评定方式、不同训练模式的应用等方面尚存在争议。本研究对等速技术在膝骨关节炎中的应用进行总结,以期为临床治疗膝骨关节炎及其康复提供新思路。

As the prevalence of knee osteoarthritis in China is gradually increasing and the disease burden is heavier,the application of isokinetic technology in knee osteoarthritis is becoming more and more widespread.However,there are still controversies about the evaluation method of isokinetic technology in knee osteoarthritis and the application of different training modes.In this study,the application of isokinetic technique in knee osteoarthritis was summarized in order to provide a new idea for the clinical treatment and rehabilitation of knee osteoarthritis.
