摘要 针对宁东银星二号煤矿首采工作面因背斜构造影响呈"刀把型"布置需要在开采过程中进行窄、宽面对接的特殊情况,结合工作面开采条件和设备配套状况,设计了工作面对接技术流程并进行了工程应用。研究及实践结果表明,完成工作面安全快速对接需要严格按照准备、调整、合茬、调试等四个阶段实施。对接过程中的精细测量和精确控制纠偏是顺利实现工作面安全对接合茬的关键,并贯穿了工作面对接的整个过程。具体实施时,通过细化工作面对接工作量,严格执行工作面对接技术流程,合理组织施工作业,实现了工作面快速安全高效的对接,为矿井正常有序的生产打下坚实的基础,可为类似条件下工作面的顺利回采提供参考和借鉴。 Due to the influence of anticline structure,the first working face of a mine in Eastern Ningxia is arranged as the shape of a hilt,which requires narrow and wide face docking in the mining process.Combining with the mining conditions and equipment matching conditions of the working face,face docking process of the working face is designed and applied in engineering.The results of research and practice show that the safe docking of working face should be carried out strictly in four stages:preparation,adjustment,combination and debugging.Fine measurement,precise control and deviation correction are the key links of the working face docking,which runs through the whole process of the working face docking.During the implementation,the rapid,safe and efficient docking of the working face is realized by refining the docking workload of the working face,strictly implementing the docking process of the working face and reasonably organizing the construction operation,which lays a solid foundation for the normal and orderly production of the mine and provides reference for the smooth mining of the working face under similar conditions.
