摘要 文章介绍了大海则煤矿高盐矿井水综合处理工程的详细设计,分析大海则煤矿与化工分公司各自厂区的公用条件、用水情况、煤矿高盐矿井水水质情况,对比各主要工艺流程及工艺特点,将整个高盐矿井水处理工艺分段布置,完成了一套先进、经济的煤矿高盐矿井水处理的综合利用,保证了大海则矿井及选矿厂项目运行期间排放的矿井水得到有效的处理;该工艺路线的选择与布置可提高蒙陕地区周边煤矿、煤化工的高盐矿井水的综合利用。 The detailed design of the high-salt mine water comprehensive treatment project in Dahaize Coal Mine is introduced,and the public conditions,water usage,and water quality of the high-salt mine water in the respective plant areas are analyzed for the coal mine.The main technological processes and characteristics of the process,the entire high-salt mine water treatment process is arranged in sections,and a complete set of advanced and economical coal mine high-salt mine water treatment comprehensive utilization system is established,to ensure mine water discharged from the coal mine and coal preparation plant is effectively treated;the selection and layout of the process route can provide references for comprehensive utilization of high-salt mine water of coal mines and coal chemical plants in Inner Mongolia and Shaanxi.
