摘要 基于盒维数法、差分盒维数法、结构函数法,用MATLAB模拟出已知分形维数的理论分形曲面,对其.进行分形维数的计算,并计算其误差,结果表明:盒维数法的计算结果误差最小,可确定超声磨削加工表面分形维数的计算方法,为超声磨削加工表面形貌的特征分析奠定理论基础。 Based on the box dimension method,the difference box dimension method,and the structure function method,use MATLAB to simulate the theoretical fractal surface with known fractal dimension,calculate the fractal dimension,and calculate the error.The result shows:box dimension.The calculation results of the method have the smallest error to determine the calculation method of the fractal dimension of the ultrasonic grinding machined surface,and lay a theoretical foundation for the feature analysis of the ultrasonic grinding machined surface morphology.
