摘要
针对煤矿通风系统井下设备故障频发的安全隐患,提出了一种具有针对性的系统可靠性分析方法。该方法选取失效概率密度、可靠度、平均寿命与失效率4个可靠性指标,计算得到整个监控系统的平均寿命,由此建立的可靠性评估模型,可有效反映与估计整个通风系统的运行状态与安全寿命。
A targeted system reliability analysis method is proposed for the safety hazard of frequent underground equipment failure in coal mine ventilation system. The method selects four reliability indexes, namely failure probability density, reliability, average life and failure rate, and calculates the average life of the whole monitoring system. The reliability assessment model thus established can effectively reflect and estimate the operation status and safety life of the whole ventilation system.
