卡轨车轨道制动方案设计及试验研究

摘要 为进一步提升卡轨式轨道运输系统的运行安全性和可靠性,在对免换装绳卡轨式运输系统进行总体设计的基础上,重点对其相关的制动方案和关键的制动部件进行选型设计,最后通过实践对所设计的制动系统和制动方案的制动效果进行综合评估。实践应用表明,取得理想的制动效果,为后续提升卡轨式轨道运输系.统效率和安全性奠定了理论基础。 In order to further improve the operational safety and reliability of the card rail track transportation system,on the basis of the overall design of the rope-free card rail transport system,focus on the selection and design of its related braking scheme and key braking components,and finally through practice to make a comprehensive assessment of the braking effect of the designed braking system and braking scheme,and achieve the ideal braking effect,for the subsequent improvement of the card rail The theoretical foundation is laid for the subsequent improvement of the efficiency and safety of the rail transportation system.
