煤矿对旋轴流式通风机的改进设计探析 被引量:2

摘要 针对晋能控股煤业集团有限公司寺河矿所应用的对旋轴流式通风机易出现喘振且喘振裕度不足、工效偏低、能耗偏大等问题,提出了一系列对旋轴流式通风机叶轮系统的改进措施。实际应用结果表明,经改进设计后,很好地消除了该矿通风机现存的喘振问题,叶轮更薄,质量更轻,风机运行消耗的电能更少,不仅保障了矿井安全通风,而且降低了通风能耗,有助于企业的节能增效。 In order to solve the problem that the counter-rotating axial flow ventilator used in the mine of Jinneng Holding Coal Industry Group Co.,a series of measures to improve the impeller system of the counter-rotating axial flow fan were proposed.The practical application results show that the existing wheezing problem of the mine ventilator is well eliminated,the impeller is thinner and lighter,and the operation of the fan consumes less power,which not only ensures safe ventilation of the mine,but also reduces the energy consumption of ventilation and helps further promote energy saving and efficiency of the enterprise.
