摘要
以某乘用车下支臂为研究对象,首先建立悬架模型,利用Hyper Mesh软件对下支臂进行前处理及模态分析,在此基础上,在Adams car软件中建立悬架模型,进行准静载仿真分析,并根据相关理论提取在各工况下的下支臂受力载荷,最后利用惯性释放法进行强度分析,为后续分析提供参考。
Taking a passenger car lower support arm as the research object,firstly establish the suspension model,use Hyper Mesh software for pre-processing and modal analysis of the lower support arm,on this basis,establish the suspension model in Adams car software,carry out quasi-static load simulation analysis,and extract the lower support arm force load under each working condition according to the relevant theory,and finally use the inertia release method for strength analysis,for Finally,the strength analysis is carried out by using the inertial release method to provide reference for the subsequent analysis.
