重介质旋流器的给料方式分为有压入料和无压入料两种,可选择选前脱泥和选前不脱泥的操作方式。由于有压两段两产品重介分选工艺具有分选精度高、控制能力强、悬浮液循环量小的优点,使得主厂房的建设成本低,因此选择有压两段两产品重介分选工艺进行炼焦煤选煤,对0.5 mm以上的原煤大幅提高了炼焦煤资源回收利用率,对0.5 mm以下的粗煤泥,不仅提高了精煤泥的回收率,还能降低浓缩压滤设备的生产负载,节约了生产成本,提高了经济效益。
The feeding method of heavy media cyclone is divided into two types:pressurized feeding and non-pressurized feeding,and the operation methods of pre-selection desliming and pre-selection non-desliming can be selected.As the pressurized two-stage two-product heavy media sorting process has high sorting accuracy,strong control ability,small suspension circulation and low construction cost of the main plant,the pressurized two-stage two-product heavy media sorting process is selected for coking coal beneficiation,which significantly improves the recovery rate of coking coal resources for raw coal above 0.5 mm,and not only improves the recovery rate of fine coal slurry for crude coal slurry below 0.5 mm,but also reduces the concentration The production load of the filter press equipment saves the production cost and improves the economic efficiency.
