摘要
利用BAB120-3CA250(11)-X型电阻应变计、SG404型无线应变仪以及相应分析软件等表征手段,对刮板输送机中部槽中板(NM450)与铸造槽帮(ZG30MnSiMo)在不同焊接工艺下中板上表面相同位置的应力情况完成了分析研究。结果表面:不同焊接工艺下,起焊段的应力值最大;同时,在不同焊接工艺下,相同检测位置的应力存在方向相反的情况。因此,在中板与槽帮焊接时,要注重焊接工艺的选择。
By means of BAB120-3CA250(11)-X resistance strain gauge,SG404 wireless strain gauge and corresponding analysis software,the stress of the middle groove plate(NM450)and cast groove side(ZG30MnSiMo)of scraper conveyor at the same position on the upper surface of the middle plate under different welding processes is analyzed and studied.The results show that the stress value of the starting welding section is the largest under different welding processes;At the same time,under the same testing position and different welding processes,the stress at the same testing position has the opposite direction.Therefore,when welding the middle plate and groove side,we should pay attention to the selection of welding process.
