综采智能化工作面液压系统反渗透水处理装置的应用分析 被引量:1

摘要 针对矿井液压系统各相关设备与部分零部件在日常应用中,时常因乳化液配比、用水质量不达标,而出现结垢被腐蚀甚至堵塞等问题,研究了一种矿井液压系统的反渗透水处理装置。该装置主要基于介质过滤、软化除硬以及反渗透脱盐等方法来有效去除水中的杂质。通过应用表明:该装置能有效解决液压系统乳化液配比、水质不达标的问题,操作方便,运行稳定,能有效延长液压系统相关设备的运行寿命,降低采煤成本,提高采煤效益。 Aiming at the problems of scaling,corrosion and even blockage in the daily application of all related equipment and some parts of mine hydraulic system,a reverse osmosis water treatment device for mine hydraulic system is studied.The device is mainly based on media filtration,softening and removal of hardness and reverse osmosis desalination to effectively remove impurities in the water,through the application of the device can effectively solve the problem of the hydraulic system emulsion proportioning water quality is not up to standard,the device is easy to operate,stable operation,can effectively extend the operating life of the hydraulic system related equipment,reduce coal mining costs and improve coal mining efficiency.
