摘要
分析了带式输送机及滚筒轴的结构特点,通过建立滚筒轴的有限元分析模型,开展了滚筒轴在预紧力和预紧力及外载荷共同作用下等工况下的结构性能研究。研究结果显示,滚筒轴的中部及两端较小直径处是整个结构的薄弱部位,极容易率先发生结构失效。根据该研究结果,从材料、尺寸等方面对滚筒轴的结构进行优化改进及实际应用,验证了改进后滚筒轴具有更高的结构强度及使用寿命,达到了预期效果。
The structural characteristics of the belt conveyor and the roller shaft were analyzed,and the structural performance of the roller shaft under different working conditions such as preload,preload and external load were studied by establishing the finite element analysis model of the roller shaft.The analysis concluded that the middle and the smaller diameter of the roller shaft are the weak parts of the whole structure,which are very easy to be the first to fail.
