摘要
以MG700/2160WD型采煤机为研究对象,基于截割振动理论和应力波煤岩破碎机理,在原截割滚筒中设计加入了一套偏心振动装置后,利用MATLAB对采煤机振动冲击截割系统的有效性进行了仿真分析,并利用COMSOL仿真软件,对比分析了传统截割系统和新设计的振动截割系统的截煤效果。应用结果表明:新系统能有效提高截煤能力。
Taking MG700/2160WD shearer as the research object, based on cutting vibration theory and stress wave coal rock crushing mechanism, a set of eccentric vibration device is designed and added in the original cutting drum,and the vibration impact cutting system of shearer is analyzed. Then COMSOL simulation software is used to compare and analyze the coal cutting effect of the traditional cutting system and the newly designed vibration cutting system.The results show that the new system can effectively improve coal cutting capacity.
