不同工况下采煤机牵引部行走轮疲劳寿命的分析 被引量:2

摘要 为提高采煤机的生产效率,延长其牵引部行走轮的使用寿命,以斜沟煤矿18505工作面为例,分析不同载荷大小和齿面粗糙度对采煤机牵引部行走轮疲劳寿命的影响。实践证明:采煤机牵引部行走轮的疲劳寿命随载荷和齿面粗糙度的增大而逐渐减小,且当载荷增大20%时,行走轮疲劳寿命降低50%;当齿面粗糙度大于2级时,通过提高齿面粗糙度可提高行走轮疲劳寿命,当小于2级时,对其疲劳寿命几乎无影响。 In order to improve the production efficiency of coal mining machine and prolong the service life of its traction walking wheel,the effect of different load size and tooth surface roughness on the fatigue life of the traction walking wheel of coal mining machine is analyzed by taking the coal mining machine of 18505 working face in Xigou coal mine as an example.Practice has proved:the fatigue life of the coal mining machine traction walking wheel with the load and tooth surface roughness increases and gradually decreases,and when the load increases by 20%,walking wheel fatigue life is reduced by 50%;when the tooth surface roughness is greater than two levels,by improving the tooth surface roughness can improve walking wheel fatigue life,when less than two levels,its fatigue life is almost no;When it is less than two levels,it has almost no effect on its fatigue life.
