摘要
在进行煤炭开采时,采煤机受到煤岩的载荷冲击作用容易造成截割机构的受损或破坏,在截割阻抗变化时,通过调节滚筒的转速来降低截割结构的载荷。在两种不同的控制方式中,采用截割结构的耦合模型对控制效果进行仿真分析,结果表明,采用两种控制方式均可降低截割机构的载荷作用,并通过优化可进一步降低采煤机的载荷作用,提高稳定性。
When coal mining is carried out,the coal miner is subjected to the load impact of coal and rock,which is likely to cause damage or destruction of the cutting mechanism.When the cutting impedance changes,the load on the cutting structure is reduced by adjusting the drum speed.In the two different control methods,the coupling model of the cutting structure is used to simulate the control effect,and the results show that both control methods can reduce the load effect of the cutting mechanism to further reduce the load effect of the coal mining machine and improve the stability.
