摘要
为了解决液压支架自动化控制程度低,难以实现智能化控制的不足,提出了一种新的CAN数据总线电液控制系统。该系统以支架远程集中控制+人工辅助控制为基础搭建了整体架构,并进行了现场应用。实际应用表明,新的电液控制系统实现了支架的无人化智能控制,支架调整时间降低了44.7%,调整精度提升了84.6%。
A new CAN data bus electro-hydraulic control system is proposed in order to solve the shortage of low automatic control of hydraulic bracket and the difficulty to realize intelligent control.The overall architecture of the control system is built on the basis of remote centralized control of the bracket+manual auxiliary control.According to the practical application,the electro-hydraulic control system realizes the unmanned intelligent control of the bracket,and the bracket adjustment time is reduced by 44.7%and the adjustment accuracy is improved by 84.6%.
