摘要
为了进一步提高煤矿采掘工作面瓦斯抽采效率,降低瓦斯钻孔施工难度,提高钻孔成孔率,对马兰矿28307工作面进行了技术研究。主要对工作面回采前期瓦斯抽采钻孔施工过程中主要存在的问题进行分析,并提出运用ZDY600L型千米钻机进行瓦斯钻孔施工的方案。通过实际应用效果来看,定向钻探技术投入使用后,减少了工作面瓦斯抽采钻孔数量,实现了长钻孔瓦斯抽采,取得了显著应用成效。
In order to further improve the efficiency of gas extraction in coal mining working face,reduce the difficulty of gas drilling construction and improve the drilling rate,Malan Mine conducted a technical study on 28307 working face,analyzed the main problems in the construction of gas extraction drilling in the pre-mining period of working face,and proposed the application of ZDY600L type kilometer drilling rig in gas drilling construction.Through the actual application effect,it is seen that after the directional drilling technology is put into use,the number of gas extraction drilling holes at the working face is reduced and the long—drilling gas extraction is realized,which has achieved significant application effect.
