复杂地质条件下EBZ200H机组的改进及应用

摘要 针对长平公司应用EBZ200H型掘进机掘进通过陷落柱期间,由于复杂地质条件的影响,导致机组小溜子卡矸问题,提出增加锚索束清理装置和尾轴护板的改造方案。应用结果表明,改造后单排出矸时间由原来的5~6h,缩短至4 h,单排出矸时间缩短了30%左右,大大提高了岩巷的掘进效率。 In response to the problem of small gangue jamming in the unit due to the influence of complex geological conditions during the application of EBZ200H roadheader digging through the trap column in Changping Company,the unit was studied and applied to increase the anchor rope bundle cleaning device and tail shaft guard plate modification program.The results show that the single gangue discharge time is shortened from the original 5-6 h to 4 h after the modification,and the single gangue discharge time is shortened by about 30%,which greatly improves the rock tunneling efficiency.
