易燃煤层工作面设备回撤期间正压通风防灭火技术 被引量:1

摘要 31103综采工作面开采的11号煤层为易燃煤层,采面综采设备回撤期间如何避免采空区遗煤自燃是需要重点解决的问题。针对31103综采工作面开采现状,对采面末采及设备回撤期间防灭火方案进行设计,并进行现场应用。结果表明,综采设备回撤期间采用正压通风后,采空区内有害气体基本不会向回撤通道涌出,同时采空区内CO浓度(质量分数)测定最高为15×10^(-6),取得较好应用效果。 The No.11 coal seam mined in 31103 comprehensive mining working face is a combustible coal seam,how to avoid spontaneous combustion of coal left in the mining area during the retraction of comprehensive mining equipment is a key problem to be solved.In view of the current mining situation of 31103 comprehensive mining face,the fire prevention plan was designed and applied in the field for the period of end mining and equipment retraction.After the field application,it is shown that after adopting positive pressure ventilation during the retraction of comprehensive mining equipment,the harmful gas in the mining area basically will not gush out to the retraction channel,while the highest CO concentration(mass fraction)in the mining area is measured to be15×10^(-6),which achieves a good application effect.
