摘要
基于煤矿井下巷道掘进工作面粉尘产生机理及喷雾降尘机理,进行了新型掘进机旋转喷雾降尘装置的设计,并对其动力来源及安装要求等进行分析探讨。应用结果表明,与传统的掘进机内外喷雾、巷道局部通风等降尘技术相比,旋转喷雾降尘装置能从掘进面产尘源出发进行高效捕尘、控尘、二次负压降尘,取得了良好的降尘效果。
Based on the analysis of dust generation mechanism and dust reduction mechanism in underground coal mine roadway excavation working face,the design of new rotary dust reduction device for roadheading machine was carried out,and its power source and installation requirements were analyzed and discussed.Compared with traditional dust reduction technologies such as internal and external spraying of roadheading machine and local ventilation of roadway,the rotary spray dust reduction device can efficiently capture dust,control dust and reduce dust by secondary negative pressure from the source of dust production at the roadheading face,thus achieving good dust reduction effect.
