摘要
针对虎龙沟81511小煤柱工作面回采期间受回采应力影响,51511巷与8501采空区之间的小煤柱出现垮落现象,导致51511巷顶板失稳、巷道内有害气体涌出量大、支护失效等技术难题,虎龙沟煤矿通过技术研究,决定对51511巷采取水力切顶卸压技术,并对小煤柱巷帮及顶板采取“迈步式JW型锚索吊棚施工+注浆”联合支护技术。通过实际应用效果来看,采取切顶卸压技术后,削弱了采空区残余应力对小煤柱巷道产生剪切破坏作用,采取联合支护技术后,提高了小煤柱顶板整体稳定性,防止小煤柱垮落现象,取得了显著应用成效。
In view of the technical problem that the small coal pillar between the 51511 lane and 8501 mining area collapses due to the back mining stress during the 81511 small coal pillar working face, resulting in the destabilization of the roof of the 51511 lane, the large amount of harmful gas gushing in the lane, and the failure of the support,Hulonggou Coal Mine decided to adopt the hydraulic roof cutting and pressure relief technology for the 51511 lane through technical research, and adopt the "Step JW type anchor sling suspension" technology for the help and roof of the small coal pillar lane. The actual application effect shows that after taking the top cutting and pressure relief, it weakens the residual stress in the mining area to produce shear damage to the small coal column roadway, and after taking the joint support technology, it improves the overall stability of the small coal column roof and prevents the collapse of the small coal column. It has achieved significant application results.
