为了解决因矸石进仓设备故障导致频繁停车的问题,以某选煤厂为例,在分析其矸石进仓刮板机现状及常见故障的基础上,将刮板机更换为胶带输送机。经实践应用表明,设备运行正常,胶带输送机仅出现一次因岗位工打扫卫生触碰拉绳开关导致全场停车的事故,保证了设备的开机率,给选煤厂带来了较大的经济效益。

In order to solve the problem of frequent stopping caused by the failure of gangue into the bin equipment,a coal processing plant as an example,in the analysis of its gangue into the bin scraper status and common failures,decided to replace the scraper for the tape conveyor.The practical application shows that the equipment is running normally,and the tape conveyor only appears once because the post worker cleaning touches the pull rope switch,which leads to the accident of stopping the whole field,ensuring the equipment start-up rate and bringing greater economic benefits.
