大功率定向钻探机性能试验研究

摘要 为解决传统钻探机钻探速度慢、精度低且钻进参数无法存储和实时动态监测的问题,在对大功率钻探机实际工作需求分析的基础上,提出了钻探机的功能要求,并针对性地完成钻探机各个功能模块的设计。通过室内和现场工业性试验对大功率钻探机的性能进行验证,达到理想结果。 In order to solve the problems of slow drilling speed, low accuracy and inability to store drilling parameters in real time, the functional requirements of the drilling machine were proposed based on the analysis of the actual working requirements of the high-power drilling machine, and the design of each functional module of the drilling machine was completed in a targeted manner. The performance of the high-power drilling rig is verified through indoor and field industrial tests, and the desired results are achieved.
