综放工作面支架挡煤装置设计及应用分析

摘要 综放工作面在进行放煤作业时,支架间以及电缆沟等处易形成积煤,且这些积煤通常较难清理。为有效解决该问题,基于综放工作面液压支架以及电缆沟等处产生积煤的原因,设计了一种支架挡煤装置。该装置主要由支撑杆以及挡煤板组成。实际应用结果表明,该挡煤装置可把90%的落煤及时挡落至工作面刮板机内,且挡煤效率高,占用空间小,对工作面正常采煤工作无任何影响,可有效节约工作面人力资源,减轻了工人作业强度,提高了采煤效益。 When coal is released from the work face, coal is easily accumulated between the brackets and cable trenches, and it is usually difficult to clean up these coal accumulations. The actual application results show that by applying this coal blocking device, 90% of the coal fall can be blocked down to the working face scraper in time, and the coal blocking efficiency is high, occupies little space, and has no effect on the normal coal mining work at the working face, which can effectively save human resources at the working face, reduce the work intensity of workers and improve the coal mining efficiency.
