回采巷掘进工作面支护优化及应用

摘要 针对山西某矿31207回风巷原支护方案存在锚杆、锚索数量多,支护强度大以及支护耗时长等问题,提出采用柔性锚杆代替螺纹钢锚杆及钢绞线锚索对顶板进行支护的方案。该方案充分利用柔性锚杆高预紧力、支护强度大的优点来降低锚杆布置数量。优化后顶板柔性锚杆数量降至4个、螺纹钢锚杆1个,顶板支护耗时缩小1.2 h。现场应用后,巷道顶板以及巷帮收敛量均在合理安全范围内,同时巷道掘进进尺达到550 m/月,较优化前增加80 m。 In view of the problems of large number of anchor rods and anchor cables, high support strength and long support time in the original support scheme of 31207 windrowing road, it is proposed to use flexible anchor rods instead of threaded steel anchor rods and stranded wire anchor cables to support the roof. The number of anchor rods is reduced by making full use of the advantages of high preload and high support strength of the flexible anchor rods.After optimization, the number of flexible anchors in the roof was reduced to 4 and the number of threaded steel anchors was reduced to 1, and the time spent on roof protection was reduced by 1.2 h. After application in the field,the amount of convergence of the roof and helper of the roadway was within the reasonable safety range, and the roadway progress was 540 m/month, which was 80 m more than before optimization.
