Design and Application of Intelligent Monitoring System for a Coal Mining Machine

针对某煤炭企业采煤机智能控制系统的需求,开展了采煤机智能监控系统设计工作。结果表明,智能监控系统运行稳定可靠,实现了采煤机的实时监测与远程控制功能。智能监控系统的应用降低了采煤机故障次数,提高了采煤机的利用率,节约了设备运维人员,降低了煤炭掘进成本,为煤炭企业创造了更多的经济效益。

For the demand of intelligent control system of coal min ing machine in a coal enterprise,the design of intelligent monitoring system of coal mining machine was carried out,and the results show that the intelligent monitoring system operates stably and reliably,and realizes the real-time monitoring and remote control function of coal mining machine.The application of the intelligent monitoring system reduces the number of coal mining machine failures,improves the utilization rate of coal mining machine,saves equipment operation and maintenance personnel,reduces the cost of coal digging,and creates more economic benefits for coal enterprises.
