摘要
为了提升矿井提升机驱动系统的工作效率,对矿井提升机原有驱动系统进行优化设计,并给出了系统软件程序、中断程序、MRAS子程序、滑模速度控制程序的工作流程。通过应用效果发现,优化后的变频驱动系统每年能够降低120万元的维修成本,且能够有效提升工作效率,为提升机变频驱动系统优化提供一定的参考依据。
In order to improve the efficiency of mine hoist drive system,the original drive system of mine hoist is optimized and designed,and the workflow of system software program,interrupt program,MRAS subroutine and slide mode speed control program are given.Through the application effect,it is found that the optimized inverter drive system can reduce the maintenance cost of 1.2 million RMB and can effectively improve the working efficiency,which makes a certain reference for the optimization of the hoist inverter drive system and provides a basis for the efficient mining.
