摘要
依据煤矿井下采掘作业面刮板输送机工作面现状以及负载变化导致刮板链张力出现动态变化的情况,提出采用自动张紧装置确保刮板输送机张紧力始终在合理范围内,对自动张紧装置以及自动张紧控制系统结构进行分析,并重点对自动张紧控制系统运行原理进行探讨。经分析认为,刮板链自动张紧装置监测原理简单、系统可靠性强,可适用于煤矿井下复杂环境。
Based on the current situation of the scraper conveyor working surface in the underground mining operation and the dynamic change of the scraper chain tension due to the load change, the automatic tensioning device is proposed to ensure that the scraper conveyor tensioning force is always within the reasonable range. The automatic tensioning device and the structure of the automatic tensioning control system are analyzed, and the operation principle of the automatic tensioning control system is discussed. The analysis concludes that the scraper chain automatic tensioning device has a simple monitoring principle and high system reliability, and can be used in the complex environment of underground coal mines.
