摘要
以DTL120× 200×2×315型带式输送机为例,在简要阐述设备整体结构特点的基础上,设计研究了多电机驱动协调控制系统。该系统以1台电机为主电机,另外2台电机为从电机,将主电机运行电流作为从电机的调速依据,确保3台电机运行电流保持相同。将设计的协调控制系统应用到带式输送机工程实践中,开展了相关试验工作,发现设备在启动、运行及调速过程中,3台电机电流均能够保持很好的协调性,显著降低了设备运行故障率。
Taking DTL120×200×2×315 belt conveyor as an example,a multi-motor driven coordinated control system is designed and studied on the basis of the overall structural characteristics of the equipment The system uses one motor as the master motor and the other two motors as the slave motors,and the running current of the master motor is used as the basis for speed regulation of the slave motors to ensure that the running current of the three motors remains the same.The designed coordinated control system is applied to the belt conveyor engineering practice,and relevant test work is carried out.It is found that the three motor currents can maintain good coordination during the start-up,operation and speed regulation of the equipment,which significantly reduces the equipment operation failure rate.
