摘要
为了解决原有采煤机电控系统灵活性差、运行复杂的问题,以申南凹矿为研究背景,对MG650/1480型采煤机电控系统进行研究。给出了基于DSP的电牵引采煤机电控系统设计的总体方案,对采煤机的控制功能及方法进行研究,借助采煤机数字量接口模块实现外接口的设计,实现了电牵引采煤机的基本控制功能,有效解决了原有控制系统的复杂性及不灵活性,为矿井采煤机电控系统的优化设计提供一定的参考。
In order to solve the problems of poor flexibility and complicated operation of the original coal mining machine electric control system,the MG650/1480 coal mining machine electric control system is studied with the Shennao'ao Nan Au mine as the research background,the general scheme of the DSP-based electric traction coal mining machine electric control system design is given,the control functions and methods of the coal mining machine are studied,the design of the external interface is realized with the help of the digital quantity interface module of the coal mining machine,and the basic control functions of the electric traction coal miner are realized,effectively solving the complexity and inflexibility of the original control system,and providing some reference for the optimized design of the electric control system of the coal miner in the mine.
