摘要
为了实现采煤机能够根据煤岩地质变化进行快速准确地调速控制,针对采煤机的调速控制系统,设计了电磁调速系统,并对其控制性能进行仿真分析。结果表明,所设计的电磁调速系统具有良好的调速控制性能,对于采煤机的自动化作业具有广泛的使用价值。
In order to realize the coal mining machine can make fast and accurate speed control according to the change of coal rock geology,for the speed control system of coal mining machine,the electromagnetic speed control system is designed,which can meet the demand for motor control,and its control performance is simulated and analyzed.The results show that the designed electromagnetic speed control system has good speed control performance and is widely used for the automatic operation of coal mining machine.
