摘要
激光熔覆技术是一种先进的修复技术,能够很好地解决机车车辆零部件的修复和再制造,提高设备的使用寿命,具有较大的技术推广价值。通过介绍激光熔覆技术的理论与方法,结合铁路机车车辆关键零部件的激光熔覆应用,验证再制造的现实可行性,并对该技术的应用前景进行探讨、分析,为机车车辆关键零部件的绿色再制造技术的发展提供参考。
Laser cladding technology is an advanced repair technology,which can well solve the repair and remanufacturing of rolling stock parts and improve the service life of equipment,and has a greater technical promotion value.It mainly introduces the theory and method of laser cladding technology,combines the application of laser cladding of key parts of railroad rolling stock to verify the realistic feasibility of re manufacturing,and discusses and analyzes the application prospect of this technology,so as to provide reference for the development of green remanufacturing technology of key parts of rolling stock.
