摘要 幼儿教师专业发展是一个亘古不变的讨论话题,学前教育质量提高的关键在于幼儿教师,而幼儿教师专业素养依赖于教师的生存环境。当前社会中屡屡曝出幼儿教师虐童等相关事件,无疑是为幼儿教师的生存状态敲响警钟。从幼儿教师专业发展之现实生态中存在的问题从微观、中观和宏观系统三个维度进行分析,并据此从幼儿教师、幼儿园和教育行政管理部门三方面提出幼儿教师专业发展的良性生态环境的构建,共同促进幼儿教师的专业发展。 The professional development of preschool teachers is an everlasting topic of discussion. The key to the improvement of the quality of preschool education lies in the preschool teachers, and the professional quality of preschool teachers depends on the living environment of the teachers. In the present society, preschool teachers have repeatedly exposed child abuse and other related incidents, which is undoubtedly ringing the alarm for the living status of preschool teachers.This paper analyzes the problems in the practical ecology of preschool teachers from the micro dimension, medium view and macro system, and puts forward the construction of preschool teachers in the professional development environment of preschool teachers, kindergarten and education administrative department, so as to jointly promote the professional development of preschool teachers.
