自定义设置某院超说明书用药审方规则后的效果分析

Effect analysis of custom audit rules for off-label drug uses in a hospitsl

目的探索自定义超说明书用药审方规则设置后对拦截率的影响,并提出超说明书用药管理建议。方法抽取自定义规则设置前后两个时段的医嘱分别作为对照组和观察组,对两组的数据进行分析。结果对照组拦截率为4.0%,观察组的拦截率为3.5%,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论通过自定义设置常用的超说明书用药审方规则,处方拦截率降低了0.50%,减少了无效拦截,提高拦截效率。

Objective To explore the influence of custom audit rules on the interception rate and put forward management suggestions.Methods The prescriptions before and after the user-defined setting of prescription review rules were selected as the control group and the obeservation group,and the data of the two groups were analyzed.Results The interception rate of the control group and the observation group was 3.8%and 3.5%,the difference was statistically signficant(P<0.05).Conclusion Through self-defined setting of prescription review rules for off-label drug uses,the prescription interception rate was reduced by 0.27%.The invalid interception was reduced and the interception efficiency was improved.
