摘要
目的观察木丹颗粒联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效。方法将90例早期糖尿病肾病患者随机分为对照组和研究组,每组45例,对照组患者在常规治疗基础上给予前列地尔治疗,研究组患者在对照组基础上口服木丹颗粒治疗。比较两组患者治疗前后尿白蛋白排泄率(UAER)、血β_(2)-微球蛋白(β_(2)-MG)、尿β_(2)-MG、胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、空腹血糖(FPG)变化,并评估临床疗效。结果与对照组比较,研究组患者治疗4周后总有效率明显升高,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与治疗前比较,两组患者治疗后UAER、血β_(2)-MG、尿β_(2)-MG、TC、TG、FPG明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。与对照组治疗后比较,观察组治疗后UAER、血β_(2)-MG、尿β_(2)-MG、TC、TG和FPG明显降低,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论木丹颗粒联合前列地尔治疗早期糖尿病肾病临床疗效明显,药物安全性和依从性较好。
Objective To explore the clinical effects of compound Mudan Granule combined with alprostadil injection on early diabetic nephropathy.Methods 90 patients with early diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into control group and research group,each group had 45 cases,the control group patients were administated with alprostadil injection on the basis of conventional therapy,and the research group patients were administated with compound Mudan Granule on the basis of control group.The UAER、serum β_(2)-MG、urine β_(2)-MG、TC、TG、FPG were compared before and after treatment to assess the clinical efficacy.Results After 4 weeks,comparing with control group,the total efficacy of research group increased significantly,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with before treatment,the UAER、serum β_(2)-MG、urine β_(2)-MG、TC、TG、FPG of two groups after treatment decreased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Comparing with control group after treatment,the UAER、serum β_(2)-MG、urine β_(2)-MG、TC、TG、FPG of research group after treatment also decreased significantly,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion It had great clinical effects of compound Mudan Granule combined with alprostadil injection on early diabetic nephropathy with higher safety,and it is worthy of application.
