超声心肌应变技术评价桂枝五苓丸治疗阳虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭患者的左心功能

Myocardial strain technique to evaluate the left ventricular function of Guizhi Wuling Pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation

目的探讨心肌应变技术评价桂枝五苓丸治疗阳虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭患者的左心功能的价值。方法选择2019年10月~2021年6月诊治的阳虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭患者60例,根据随机数表法分为两组,各30例。对照组给予常规西医治疗,中药组在此基础上给予桂枝五苓丸治疗,两组均治疗观察3个月。结果治疗后两组的左室舒张末期容积、左室收缩末期容积低于治疗前,且中药组低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组的左心室应变率绝对值高于治疗前,且中药组高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论桂枝五苓丸治疗阳虚血瘀水停型慢性心力衰竭患者能改善左心功能与提高左心室应变率,超声心肌应变技术的应用可评价患者左室局部和整体心肌功能,可为临床治疗与预后预测提供不同的视角。

Objective To investigate the myocardial strain technique to evaluate the left ventricular function of Guizhi Wuling Pills in the treatment of chronic heart failure with yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation.Methods From October 2019 to June 2021,60 patients with chronic heart failure of Yang deficiency,blood stasis and water stagnation type diagnosed and treated in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups with 30 cases in each group.The control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and the Chinese medicine group were treated with Guizhi Wuling Pills on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated and observed for 3 months.Results After treatment,the left ventricular end-diastolic volume and left ventricular end-systolic volume were lower than those before treatment,and the indexes of the traditional Chinese medicine group were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the absolute value of left ventricular strain rate in the two groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the traditional Chinese medicine group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Guizhi Wuling Pills can improve left ventricular function and strain rate in patients with chronic heart failure of yang deficiency,blood stasis and water cessation.The application of ultrasonic myocardial strain technology can evaluate the local and overall left ventricular myocardial function for the clinical treatment and the prognosis and the prediction with different perspectives.
