目的紫癜性肾炎的病因复杂,发病机制也尚不明确,探讨血管内皮生长因子与儿童紫癜性肾炎的关系,为研究紫癜性肾炎发病机制提供方向,并为治疗紫癜性肾炎找到更精准的靶向治疗。方法通过检索并参考大量文献,将其汇总得出结论。结果与结论血管内皮生长因子参与肾脏血管内皮细胞的生长,观察血管内皮生长因子的浓度可以评估紫癜性肾炎的损伤程度,通过靶向调节血管内皮生长因子的水平有可能改善儿童紫癜性肾炎的发生发展。

Objective The cause of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis is complex,and the pathogenetic mechanisms are still unclear.To explore the relationship between vascular endothelial growth factor and Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis in children can provide the direction of studying the pathogenesis of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis,and find more accurate targeted treatment for the Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis.Methods Drawing a conclusion through summarizing the research findings after searching and referencing a large number of documents.Results and Conclusion Vascular endothelial growth factor is involved in the growth of renal vascular endothelial cells.The degree of damage of the Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis can be evaluated through the concentration of vascular endothelial growth factor,and the onset and progress of Henoch Schonlein purpura nephritis in children can be improved by regulating the level of vascular endothelial growth factor.
