OX40与OX40L在肝细胞肝癌组织中的表达水平及临床意义 被引量:1

摘要 目的:探讨OX40(CD134)和OX40L(CD134L)在肝细胞肝癌(hepatocellular carcinoma, HCC)组织中的表达水平及临床意义。方法:收集54例病理明确诊断为HCC患者病理组织,采用免疫组化法检测HCC组织中OX40与OX40L的表达程度,结合临床病理资料分析其在HCC组织中的临床意义及与预后的相关性。结果:HCC组织中OX40和OX40L蛋白表达阳性率分别为77.78%和74.07%;两者表达水平间存在显著的正相关关系(P=0.004)。OX40的表达水平与患者分化程度相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、癌栓形成、是否转移、肿瘤个数、AFP均无关(P>0.05);OX40L的表达水平与分化程度、AFP相关(P<0.05),与性别、年龄、肿瘤直径、TNM分期、癌栓形成、是否转移、肿瘤个数无关(P>0.05);OX40与OX40L阳性表达组患者的累积生存率及生存时间均高于阴性表达组;OX40的表达水平与CD4^(+)(P=0.036)、CD8^(+)(P=0.003)相关;OX40L的表达水平与CD4^(+)不相关(P=0.186),与CD8^(+)相关(P=0.001)。结论:OX40与OX40L的表达程度与HCC的发生发展及预后相关,两者可能通过刺激CD4^(+)与CD8^(+)调节机体免疫机制从而抑制HCC的发生发展。 Objective:To investigate the expression level and clinical significance of OX40(CD134) and OX40 L(CD134 L) in hepatocellular carcinoma(HCC) tissues.Methods:Collecting 54 pathological tissues of patients with hepatocellular carcinoma with a clear pathological diagnosis.Immunohistochemical method was used to detect the expression of OX40 and OX40 L in HCC tissues.The clinical significance in HCC and its correlation with prognosis based on clinical pathological data were also researched.Results:The positive rates of OX40 and OX40 L protein expression in HCC tissues were 77.78% and 74.07% respectively, and there was a significant positive and strong correlation between both expression levels mentioned above(P=0.004).The expression level of OX40 was related to the degree of differentiation of patients(P<0.05),but not related to gender, age, tumor diameter, TNM stage, tumor thrombus formation, metastasis, number of tumors and AFP(P>0.05).The expression level of OX40 L was related to the degree of differentiation and AFP(P<0.05),but not related to gender, age, tumor diameter, TNM stage, tumor thrombus formation, metastasis and tumor number(P>0.05).The cumulative survival rate and survival time of patients in the OX40 and OX40 L positive expression group were higher than those in the negative expression group.It was also found that the expression level of OX40 was related to CD4^(+)(P=0.036) and CD8^(+)(P=0.003),while the expression level of OX40 L was not related to CD4^(+)(P=0.186) but related to CD8^(+)(P=0.001).Conclusion:The expression levels of OX40 and OX40 L are related to the occurrence, development and prognosis of HCC.Moreover, both expression levels may regulate the immune mechanism in body by stimulating CD4^(+)and CD8^(+)to inhibit the occurrence and development of HCC.
