新冠疫情背景下党建引领基层公立医院应急管理的实践探究--以陕西省Z县人民医院为例

Emergency management of grassroots public hospitals directed by party building during the COVID-19 pandemic:Take Z county people’s hospital in Shaanxi province as an example

新冠疫情不仅是对中国共产党执政能力的一次大考,也是党建工作发挥其作用的重要体现。而基层公立医院作为疫情防控的头道防线,是保障广大人民群众身体健康安全的最近屏障。现如今新冠疫情已成常态化,国家和人民对于公立医院的应急能力提出了更高的要求,所以探究党建引领基层公立医院应急管理是形势所系、更是发展所需。通过实践表明党建引领下的基层公立医院在应急管理工作上的创新,不仅可以造就“党建+”的融合发展,也可以促使疫情防控的常态化工作与新医改建设的有效结合。

The COVID-19 is not only a big test for our party’s governance ability,but also an important reflection of the party’s work to play its role.As the first line of defense for epidemic prevention and control,the primary public hospitals are the closest barrier to ensure the health and safety of the general public.Nowadays,the COVID-19 epidemic has become normalized,and the government and people have put forward higher requirements for the emergency capability of public hospitals,so it is necessary to explore the way that party building be the guidance of emergency management of primary public hospitals.Through practice,it is shown that the innovation of emergency management in primary public hospitals led by the party building can not only achieve the integration of“party building+”development,but also promote the effective combination of normalized epidemic prevention and control work and new medical reforms.
