摘要
基于结构-过程-结果模型,从结构要素、过程要素、结果要素三个维度系统阐释公立医院高质量发展的深刻内涵,分析高质量发展面临的主要挑战,提出优化资源配置、改革运行机制、提升学科能级,坚持以人为本、加大财政投入等对策建议,为推动公立医院高质量发展提供参考。
Based on the model of Structure-Process-Outcome,this paper interprets the connotation of public hospitals’high-quality development from three dimensions(structural elements,process elements and results elements),analyzes the main challenges,and suggests optimizing the resource allocation,reforming operating mechanism,improving the disciplinary construction,persisting humanist and increasing investments for the purposing of providing references for the future development of public hospitals.
