护士知信行模式培训对ICU转出患者迁移应激的影响及分析

Effect of nurses’knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model on migration stress of ICU transferred patients

目的探讨护士知信行模式培训对ICU转出患者迁移应激的影响及其分析,以便更科学有效地实施预防干预,促进患者全面康复。方法采用方便抽样法调查110名护士进行调查,并评估其知信行对患者迁移应激的影响。结果是否参加迁移应激预防护理工作相关培训的护士知信行三个得分,差异均有统计学意义;护士是否参加专项培训对ICU转出患者迁移应激发生风险的影响,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论知信行模式的培训可推动护士对迁移应激预防护理工作的落实,从而降低患者迁移应激的发生,进而促进患者全面康复。

Objective To explore and analyze the impact of nurses’knowledge,attitude,belief and practice model(KABP)training on migration stress of ICU transferred patients,so as to make prevention and intervention more scientifically and effectively and promote overall recovery of patients.Methods Convenient sampling method was used for the survey among 110 nurses and to assess the effect of the KABP model on patient migration stress.Results There were statistically significant differences both in the three scores of nurses who participated in the training of migration stress prevention and nursing and in whether the nurses participated in special training impacted the risk of migration stress in the patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The training with KABP model can promote nurses to take action to prevent migration stress,so as to reduce the occurrence of migration stress and,thus facilitate patients’overall recovery.
