摘要
目的对不同使用年限的高频电刀性能差异性进行评估分析。方法选择24台相同型号的高频电刀,利用高频电刀的质量控制分别对其输出功率以及电气安全进行测试,其中12台使用超过8年的作为参照组,另外12台为使用未超过8年的作为对照组,然后进行数据统计分析。结果不同使用年限的高频电刀在测试中性能确实存在一定的差异性,其实际输出功率与设置的输出功率不同,而且经过长时间使用后的高频电刀输出功率明显降低,其输出功率误差增大。使用8年以上的高频电刀手术电极漏电流明显接近限值。结论为保证临床治疗质量,临床质量控制人员应该做好高频电刀的性能检测,超出检测标准范围的高频电刀应该及时建议临床科室或者手术室停用该台设备,并报废处理。
Objective To evaluate the performance of high-frequency electric knife with different service life.Methods Twenty four sets of the same type of high-frequency electric knives were chosen for test, including 12 sets used for more than eight years(control group), and the other 12 sets used for less than eight years(comparison group). The output power and electrical safety of high-frequency electric knives were tested by quality control. All the data were statistically analyzed.Results There were differences in performance of the high-frequency electric knives with different service life. The actual output power was different from the default, and was obviously reduced after a long period of use with larger error of the set value. The electrode leakage current of high-frequency electrocautery for more than eight years was significantly close to the limit.Conclusion In order to guarantee the quality of clinical treatment, clinical quality control personnel should accurately test the performance of high-frequency electric knives. Equipment beyond the detection standards should be promptly suspended for use and discarded in the clinical department or the operating room.
